About the Instructor
Dianna Cortorreal is a Dominican-American yoga instructor based in South Jersey and Philadelphia. She began practicing yoga in 2017 and began teaching in 2019. Dianna credits her yoga practice as her “saving grace” after struggling with depression and anxiety for many years.
Throughout her journey, Dianna has worked with diverse communities, creating accessible, inclusive, and culturally connected spaces. She has collaborated closely with the Latino community in Camden, NJ and participates annually in Rutgers–Camden’s L.E.A.P. walk-a-thon, where she leads yoga sessions following the walk across the Benjamin Franklin Bridge.
She has also been invited to teach yoga in partnership with the City of Philadelphia at Love Park in 2025 and has shared her experience as a bilingual instructor through an Univision television segment focused on yoga and New Year’s resolutions.
In addition, she has supported mamas-to-be, children, and seniors, developing an adaptive yoga approach that honors the needs of every stage of life.
In 2026, Dianna opened The Oceanic Yogi Studio, her own yoga studio in Havertown, Pennsylvania, located at 737 West Chester Pike, Store 1, Havertown, PA. The studio reflects her vision of creating an intimate, welcoming, and culturally connected space for movement, mindfulness, creativity, and community.
Dianna also can be found every second Sunday of the month at the Moorestown Library in Moorestown, New Jersey.
Today, Dianna continues to share the benefits of yoga with her students online, in-studio, and outdoors. Her teaching emphasizes breathwork, mind-body connection, and holistic well-being.
About Dianna’s Photography:
Dianna began capturing landscapes and nature as a teenager after returning to the U.S. from the Dominican Republic, using photography as a way to preserve memories. Today, she enjoys blending her two passions and feature these photographs throughout the studio and boutique, adding a personal connection to nature, travel, and her Dominican roots. These photographs are displayed as a high quality matte paper and white aluminum with a high gloss.
Bilingual requests are welcome. If you have any questions or concerns, we’d love to hear from you!
